Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made to order, so we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

We encourage you to review all product photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before placing your order. Please note that slight variations in colour, glaze, and form are a natural and beautiful characteristic of handmade ceramics — no two pieces are exactly alike.

Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping times vary by location once dispatched:

• Australia Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Australia Regional & rural areas: 5–10 business days

Packaging: Every order is wrapped with extra care using protective materials suited for fragile ceramics. We take great pride in ensuring your pieces arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services once your order has been dispatched.
